The experience gained since the early 70s has created a high level of expertise within our organisation, a fact confirmed by the loyalty of our customers. This expertise is apparent not only in the products we select, as can be seen from the value given to quality in our spasmodic search for products offering the best value for money, but also in our ability to listen to customers, to accept their advice and suggestions and - when they have been deserved - their praise and criticism.

This sensitivity has developed a strong sense of customer service in all our staff.

1) Requests for information

This explains why, even before asking visitors to our website to place an order with us, we invite them to put us to the test us by sending us any questions or requests for information and clarifications.

If the questions refer to products, Alberto Del Buono himself will reply; if they are about order and delivery processing, the person in charge of "customer services", Miss Viviana, will answer.

If you wish, even if you don't make an order, you can ask us to insert your name in our mailing list: this will entitle you to receive our News.

2) Acceptance of orders, Confirmation of acceptance, Advice of despatch

Orders can be placed following the instructions on the page "On-line shopping"..

On receipt of the order, we shall confirm that it has been accepted by fax or e-mail (as per your instructions). This procedure may seem a little complex but it is a way of reassuring customers (on the items ordered, prices, delivery time), and preventing so-called "friends" playing nasty tricks.

In cases of requests for airmail deliveries (24-48 hours), deliveries to the Italian islands, or deliveries to non-EU countries Emporio delle Fattorie will notify the customer by e-mail of the actual cost of the consignment before considering the order accepted; the order will be considered accepted only after the customer has explicitly approved the total amount charged.

While waiting for notification that the goods have been collected by the carrier, the customer may exercise his right of withdrawal.

3) Express deliveries, Consignment tracking

Specialised carriers will promptly deliver your orders (typically within 5-6 days). Any request for airmail delivery, within 24-48 hours, should be indicated at the bottom of the order form. In this case the order will not be executed until the customer has approved the delivery costs that will be communicated to him.

Our Customer Services (Miss Viviana) will be able to track your order at all times.

4) Gift Service

We also specialise in the delivery of gifts on behalf of our customers, a service that requires the utmost care and attention to detail to enable the gift recipient to appreciate our products even more.

The delivery note will obviously contain ovviamente no indication of the prices of the products andwill state the name of the sender. The sender will receive copies of the papers certifying delivery.

In order to activate this Gift Service, all you have to do is specify the addressee's name - different from the purchaser - following the instructions on the order form.
