TERMS OF SALE AND TOTAL GUARANTEES

1. PRICES

All prices are inclusive of the VAT rate in force at the time of ordering. In the event of any subsequent tax variations, EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. is authorised to increase/reduce prices proportionately without seeking the customer's prior permission. The customer will however be notified of any variation in the advice of despatch.

The validity of offers is subject to availability.

Only orders of a minimum value of  EURO 90 will be accepted.

 

2. ORDER FORM

a) Purchaser's data: Customers are required to fill in all the compulsory fields in the order form, i.e. their own personal data and the products being ordered from the EMPORIO delle FATTORIE.

b)Addressee's data: Customersshould complete the section "Addressee's data" only if the addressee's data are different from those of the purchaser.

c) Payment: Customers have to provide their credit card data. The card number must be typed in without spaces.

d) Order transmission: The order form may be either sent by fax or interactively transmitted over the internet to EMPORIO FATTORIE S.r.l., in a context of total security thanks to the SSL system.

In the case of orders sent by fax, customers should complete the order form on the computer, print it, sign it and then fax it to the number indicated on the form. The order will be accepted by EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l., provided that the form has been correctly completed and the goods are available.

 

3. DELIVERY COSTS

Prices are not inclusive of delivery costs, which will be charged to the customer at a flat rate to be added to the total price of the goods. The rate is automatically calculated for each order on the basis of the country of destination of the goods, the total weight of the consignment and generally for delivery by courier mail within 5-6 days from acceptance.

Exceptions are requests for airmail delivery (24-48 hours), non-EU destinations (excluding Switzerland and Norway) and for the Italian islands.In these cases EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. will send the customer an estimate of delivery costs for his approval.

Currently, Emporio delle Fattorie is able to guarantee full service to all European Union countries, for Switzerland and Norway.

It reserves the right to accept orders from other countries only after having checked the customs regulations in force in those countries.

 

4. DELIVERY OF GOODS

The goods will be delivered by EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. to the customer or addressee's address as indicated in the order form.

EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. assumes all risks for the goods up to arrival at destination. Deliveries are continuously monitored by the person in charge of the service, Viviana. All requests and/or observations about delivery should be e-mailed to her (see instructions on the page "The Emporio's services").

EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. will refund the value of any item that has not reached the customer intact or that has arrived in a condition not allowing adequate conservation of the product. Should this happen, the customer should have his complaint recorded on the carrier's delivery note upon delivery.

 

5. PAYMENT

Payment is to be made by the customer to the EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. by credit card, according to the indications supplied by the customer on the order form.

 

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. protects its customers' rights in accordance with the law in force, and particularly as regards the customer's right of withdrawal.

The customer has a right to withdraw from the purchase at any time before the advice of despatch by EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l., by sending an e-mail to this effect.

Should the customer not be satisfied with the goods ordered after delivery, he has a right to request to return them to EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l.. In this case the customer should send an e-mail or fax to the number 0039 578 748194 within 7 days from receipt of the goods. He can then choose to request replacement of the goods with other EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. products of equivalent economic value or a refund of the sum paid. The customer must send EMPORIO FATTORIE S.r.l., together with the goods returned, the delivery note and must clearly state whether he requests a refund of the sums spent or substitute products, and, in the latter case, the details of the substitute products.

EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. will refund or replace only articles that have been returned in their original packaging, which has not been opened or tampered with in such a way as to impair conservation of the product. The direct cost of returning the goods is not covered by the right of reimbursement and will be charged to the customer. Goods returned carriage forward will not be accepted.

In the event of complaints, EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. reserves the right to demand return of the goods to its charge in order to ascertain possible production defects.

The only delivery costs chargeable to EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. are those deriving from a delivery error for which EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. is responsible.

 

7. PRIVACY

To allow the transmission and execution of orders for EMPORIO delle FATTORIE products, customers will have to authorise EMPORIO delle FATTORIE S.r.l. to process their personal data in accordance with articles 10 and 13 of Law no. 675 31.12.1996, as indicated in the order form, and to communicate them to third parties involved in the product purchase and delivery procedures.
